Curtin College hosts Stress-Free August events
Curtin College was thrilled to host a vibrant series of Stress-Free August events designed to bring joy, relaxation, and a sense of community to its campus. These activities offered a perfect opportunity for students and staff to unwind, connect, and recharge.
In Week 1, the college kicked off Stress-Free August with an energetic Dance Party that got everyone moving and grooving. The lively atmosphere was filled with music, laughter, and a shared sense of fun, setting the tone for a month of relaxation and connection.
Week 2 followed with a Vision Boards & Journaling session, where participants tapped into their creativity and reflected on their personal goals. This session encouraged mindfulness and self-expression, offering a peaceful space for introspection and inspiration.
Week 3 brought the much-anticipated Puppy Therapy, a highlight for many. The campus was filled with smiles as students and staff enjoyed the company of adorable puppies, providing a perfect dose of comfort and stress relief.
Week 4 gathered everyone together for a Board Games session. This final event offered a chance to unwind and engage in some friendly competition, bringing the college’s Stress-Free August to a joyful close.
