Earlier this week, hundreds of excited staff across Navitas joined an all-employee webinar to listen as Navitas Group CEO Scott Jones announced the 2024 winners of our INSPIRE Awards!
Our vision at Navitas is to be the best education provider for our students, partners and people. The INSPIRE Awards program is our employee recognition program aligned to our six Navitas values – Adventure, Respect, Rigour, Genuine, Conviction and Drive. The INSPIRE awards are a celebration of the extraordinary talent we have at Navitas, which highlight the remarkable achievements of individuals, teams and colleges across the organisation.
Nominated by peers and selected by the CEO, we have four awards that recognise and celebrate outstanding individual contribution to achieving our vision. The other two INSPIRE awards are to recognise and reward outstanding achievement by group collaboration.
