ECC Joins ‘ECU NEXT U 2025’ to empower top recruitment leaders
Edith Cowan College (ECC) was proud to join its university partner Edith Cowan University’s (ECU) prestigious professional development program, ECU NEXT U 2025, this month.

Thirteen senior counsellors from ECU’s top A and B category agents attended the event. The program, hosted by ECU, aimed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as future recruitment leaders at the university while fostering their professional growth as counsellors within their agencies.

During the ECC session, the program focused on the agent’s well-being. The college emphasised the importance of self-care and how looking after oneself enables better service for students. Together with the agents, ECC also explored effective strategies for managing the expectations of both students and parents, ensuring a balanced and supportive approach to their needs.
ECC looks forward to continuing this partnership and supporting the development of recruitment leaders who will make a lasting impact within their agencies and at ECC | ECU.
