ARU Agents’ Conference 2024: representing ARU College in Kenya and Thailand

The past few months have been very exciting for the recruitment team at Anglia Ruskin University College (ARU College). The college team had an incredible opportunity to attend the 2024 Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) Agents’ Conference, an event that brought together education professionals from ARU and education agents from around the world.

The conference was hosted in four countries, running from April 19 to May 2024, in India, UAE, Kenya, and Thailand. ARU College participated in both the Kenya and Thailand events. In Nairobi, Luning Yan, Director of Marketing and Admissions at ARU College, met with various agents. Luning shared the college’s unique offerings and learned about the latest trends and demands in international student recruitment from the region.

In Bangkok, the conference continued to be a hub of activity and networking. Yen Ching Wong, Student Recruitment Manager at ARU College, joined Luning as a team. They made invaluable connections with many colleagues from the university and met a large number of agents based in Thailand. The team hopes that they can welcome students from this region to ARU College in the future.

The ARU College team had the pleasure of attending the conference in Nairobi and Bangkok. While expressing its appreciation for the opportunity to participate in the conference, the team plans to utilise the insights and relationships developed during the event to enhance ARU College’s offerings for students around the world.
