Launching our FY24 Impact Report!

With more data, stories, and progress than ever before, we are delighted to publish our FY24 Impact Report!

Today, we are proud to launch our FY24 Impact Report.

The Impact Report is a document we publish once a year, reflecting on how we have performed against our twelve priority Impact topics, through our three impact lenses: educator, employer, and global citizen. The Report is informed by data collected from our colleges and campuses through our annual Impact Survey, carbon emissions reporting, and data management systems; and supplemented with stories from across the organisation.

We have learned a lot over the past few years about the potential for Navitas to have a positive impact as an educator, an employer, and a global citizen. We are excited to continue learning as we take small but meaningful steps forward. This Impact Report is a chance to celebrate the impact we had on our people, students and broader communities during FY24. It is also a way to hold ourselves accountable to our commitments, and to make sure we understand where we have room to improve and grow.

This year’s report looks a little different to previous editions. We are delighted to have more data, commentary, and stories than ever before. This is a testament to the work of our people around the world, bringing ESG conversations and activities into every area of the workplace, from the office to the classroom.

In this year’s report you will find:

• how we support our students and expand higher education opportunities
• our FY24 carbon emissions – biggest emitters, offsetting our biggest event of the year, and what steps we’re taking next
• our commitments to Reconciliation – cultural competency training for our staff, celebrating First Nations peoples and cultures, and participating in NAIDOC Week events across Australia
• another year of the Navitas Education Trust (NET) – the communities NET funding supported, bringing more education opportunities to regional areas around the globe
• our data privacy and security stats – how we work to keep our people safe and informed
• alumni, staff, and partner stories – testimonies and tales from our people and partners from the past 30 years of Navitas

Our Impact Report is not the work of a few, but the work of many. Every staff member, student, and partner prioritising sustainable and ethical practices in the workplace has contributed to improving our impact and creating a safer world.
